Occultation Studies

When a heavenly body comes in front of other heavenly body, such a phenomena is called Occultation. For most of the occultation observations we requires a good pair of binocular or a telescope. But Lunar Occultation with bright stars or planets can be viewed with naked eye or with a pair of small binoculars.

On many such events planetarium had organized Public Sky watch and also did some useful studies. Few of them are listed bellow:
