Dear Dr Jayati, Dr Rathnasree and others of the various planetaria in India have
formed a yahoo group for the students to ask Qs. re astronomy and related
subjects. It is a wonderful initiative, only 2 weeks old or so, and has created
lot of enthusiasm. The initial idea is to serve a platform for the International
Year of Astronomy 2009. It would be nice if you could get some scientists from
ISRO to join particularly to answer Qs. re Space exploration, space astronomy
