Chadtha Sooraj dheere dheere dhalta hai dhal jaayega

Mark with your own hands, the day's movement of the Sun in the sky. Appreciate the difference between shadow movements from a straight stick on a ground and the shadows of a gnomon that is parallel to the axis of the Earth and whose shadow falls on an arc that is parallel to the equator of the Earth.

How does the shadow of this straight rod move on the ground, the whole day?

Is there any way that we can have shadow movements that traverse equal distances in equal time intervals?
