Tutorials for light pollution measurements

As a group of awareness activities and for simple estmates of relative levels of light pollution not necessarily very accurate, the star count activities are very effective. There are a number of these activities ongoing and some tutorial material will be available from these efforts.

This wiki itself was initially created only for such activities and many of the menu buttons on the left, are related to beginner's help for starcount activities.
