Delhi Sky - July,2008
July 6 - Crescent Moon, Regulus, Saturn and Mars all four bright object will be very close to each other in the western skies. Moon will be in conjunction with Mars and it will be a beautiful seen to be observed with naked eyes.
July 10 - Mars - Saturn conjunction around 12:41 IST. These two bright planets can be seen close by each other on that very evening, without the help of any instrument.
Naked Eye Planet
Mercury - It will be at its greatest elongation from Sun on 1st July, 08 at 12:27 IST. It can be seen in western skies, just after sunset in early part of the month.
Venus - Venus is very bright in evening sky, setting after Sun around 7. But will be very hard to observe. It is currently moving from Gemini to Cancer.
Mars - Mars is visible through out this month very close to horizon after Sunset in Leo.
Jupiter - It is very bright in Sagittarius. It is raising around 7 PM.
Saturn - It is reasonably bright and
can be seen in the evening sky after 7 PM in Leo. It will be joined by mars in
latter half of the month.
